WHAT IS YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY?

RETURN POLICY:
My goal is to always provide you my valued customer with a OTTERLY wonderful experience. However if you do need to return a product, here are some things you OTTER know.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, your item can be returned unused and in the same condition you received it within 30 days.   If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Once your return has been scheduled, upon receiving and inspecting your item, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment used.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service as I can't guarantee nor be held responsible if I do not receive your returned item.

FINAL SALES ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

EXCHANGES:  Do to the limited quantity of my products, I cannot offer exchanges.  I'm OTTERLY sorry for the inconvenience.
 

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

All items are shipped using Canada Post.   Items will ship within 2 business days of being ordered and you can expect your order to come within a week of shipment for Canadian orders.  If you need your order faster, you are able to upgrade to rushed shipping.  You can add a note during the check-out process. Please note Momo and Sammy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  Shipping charges apply.  All shipments over $75 (pre-tax) are free.
